For the past few months, I have had the privilege of working with Invisible Walls on their game Neighbors: Suburban Warfare as a VFX Artist Intern. My responsibilities included creating VFX for unique character abilities and environmental effects, such as hit-impact decals, fire decals, and electric fences, using Unreal Engine. I focused on iterating and experimenting with various art styles, textures, flipbooks, shaders, and Niagara techniques to design visually appealing VFX while ensuring optimal performance.
